As part of an initiative to build brand reputation, the Johnson & Johnson brand book was developed to align the organization on how the brand should live in the world. 

Based on in-depth research and content from ongoing executive presentations, Lindsay Bazos worked with the J&J Corporate Equity team to streamline their strategy and translate it into a combination of brand narratives and executional brand standards intended to be shared with the organization worldwide.
